This 1-day course is designed to provide a basic knowledge of artificial sports turf maintenance. It enables the Groundsman to grasp the basic needs of artificial sports surfaces throughout a 12 month period. Included within the course manual are detailed instructions for a comprehensive range of maintenance operations, together with a table illustrating the frequency with which these should be carried out over the course of a year.
The course will benefit any Groundsman – full or part-time, who is responsible for the condition of artificial sports surfaces. Delegates each receive a Lantra Awards Certificate of Attendance.
